百大DJ Mag 眼中对中国电音市场的评价
近期，我们采访了DJ Mag百大DJ追随者们非常熟悉的一名DJ和音乐制作人，他叫Danny Avila。他经常出没于中国的大量夜店以及音乐节中，也是很多百大DJ追随者的入门音乐指南之一。这不是我们第一次与这类“榜单艺人”对话了。
1.2017年，你在DJ Mag百大DJ排行榜位居第52名。你可能知道，中国有很多乐迷非常在意DJ Mag百大DJ。那么你怎么看待这样的趋势和态度？
You got 52nd position on DJ Mag Top 100 DJs last year and you may know that lots of Chinese fans care about this competition, what do you think about this trend in China?
太惊人了！我觉得登上每年的Top 100是一种伟大的时刻，当我看到我的某一位朋友在榜单上的时候我就觉得很有趣。我希望继续在排行榜上攀升，就像过去的几年一样！我完全可以理解为什么中国会追随DJ Mag百大热潮，因为那上面充满了伟大的DJ们。
It’s amazing! I think the Top 100 is a great time of year, and it’s really interesting to see which one of my friends are going to be up there with me. I hope to keep climbing up the ranks, as I have been in the last few years! I can totally see why China follows the DJ Mag Top 100 trend because it’s full of great DJ’s.
2.对于你来说，DJ的身份更重要一些，还是Producer的身份更重要一些？
Which do you think is more important to you? Being a DJ or a Producer?
我觉得两者应该齐头并进，并且求同存异。我喜欢作为一位制作人的时候，因为这很有创意，还可以和很多优秀的人合作。但是，你无法忽略在音乐节中打碟的那种能量！在夏日打碟简直美好得像场梦！
I think both go hand in hand and have different positives. I love being a producer because it’s so creative and you can work with great people. However, you can’t beat the energy of DJing at a festival! A summer of DJing is the dream!
3.在中国演出了那么多次，对中国的Clubs以及音乐节的定义和印象如何？
You have been to China so many times, what is your impression of the clubs and music festivals here?
这是一个令人亢奋的地方，我感觉那里的音乐场景似乎正在迅速地改变着！
It’s an exciting place, and it seems like the music scene there is quickly changing!
4.因为网络环境的原因，中国的电子音乐场景不一定完全被外国的听众以及同行知晓。你对中国的电子音乐场景知多少？或者说是否知道一些已经在国际上取得成绩的中国DJ/Producer？
Due to our special network environment, China's electronic music is not always known to foreign audiences and DJ/producers, how much do you know about the electronic music here or do you know some Chinese producers who already have made achievements in the world?
我本来参与了《中国有嘻哈》的VAVA的一些东西，但是后来中国开始打击Hip-Hop，这个工程就停滞不前了。所以，实际上，我只知道一些中国的夜店驻场DJ，在我演出的时候顺便知道的。但是不多。
I was actually into some of the Chinese hip hop stuff of VaVa, but then hip hop was banned in China and the project stood still. So, actually, I know some of the resident djs in the clubs where I played. But not much more.
5.有没有想过建立自己的厂牌呢？
Have you ever thought about creating your own label?
我觉得已经有很多DJ和制作人们创建了他们的厂牌，而且它也展示了音乐行业是如何变化的，给了艺人们更多的控制权。就现在来说，我有其它侧重点，而且我享受它们！
I think that loads of DJ’s and producers have created their own label, and it shows how the music industry is changing and giving artists a lot more control. For now, I have other focuses and am enjoying them!
